kbs.tcl now (version 0.4) use also svn repositories. Cvs repositories without
proper versions ae called with the -D switch. So it is possible to
recreate a distinct version again.

kbs.tcl now (vesion 0.4) uses the svn repositiories on equi4.com.

Starting with version 0.4 this is simple be done with fetching the latest kbs.tcl file.
Everything else (package definitions) is included there.

Tcl Version: HEAD
OS Platform: win and unix
- Problem:
I can not compile outside the source tree like:
cd mydir
/tcldir/win/configure ...
make
- Fixing:
The error is the statement
--with-tcl=$(PWD)
in the packages target. Changing these to
--with-tcl=$(LIB_INSTALL_DIR)
fixes the problem
The same should be done in the unix dir.
