Can someone tell me how to make a local directory into a place where I can download miktex packages to, so that I can then install them as from a local repository? When I run the options wizard, goto the Packages tab, and then Change -> choose From a directory and then choose an empty folder, I'm told that this doesn't seem to be a local repository.
