For some reason message to developerdx bounced. I attached an example of the messages that gives problems to Abuse in this bug report.

Many has headers they don't want to include in the spam report, like internal hand-overs, spam filter reports and others.
It'd be a good thing if one could tell Abuse to omit certain headers (like, "begins with", "contains")

If you try to process MAPI folders, Abuse will skip the messages if there are extra headers before Received: headers (in this case, I normally have X-Spam- headers inserted by SpamAssassin). It even doesn't give any reasonable explanation.
Maybe Abuse should skip the headers it doesn't understand.

If you run more than one instance of Abuse, and change settings, the settings that will stay in the registry are the ones that the last instance of Abuse that exited had.
For example, if you have two instances (A and B), and you change the settings in instance B, then exit from it, and then exit from instance A, the settings that were in A will stay. Slightly confusing ;)
Maybe there...

If the abuse address was in the cache and "Send lart without confirmation..." option was selected, you cannot choose to send Vlart. Maybe the choice for sending Vlart instead of normal one should be one step earlier, as a button in the Analysis -window?.
