I installed the driver from SiLabs:
CP210x_Drivers.exe
(downloaded from http://www.whitebream.com/script/download.pl?id=e107)
While the Microsoft Hyperterminal has no issues identifying the USB port as COM3,
the Realterm errors out when I select the COM3 Port and then click on the "Open" button.
The pop-up error message says: "The parameter is incorrect"
