In short, no.
VB6 does not provide the ability for real international support.
Every reasonable bit of unicode support has been added, and still it has mixed results for many languages.

You are not looking in the correct directory.
Your bookmarks and profile information is stored in:
C:\Documents and Settings\\Application Data\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles\.default\.

That's strange.
Is this the first time you've used BKM or have you been using it and this problem just started?
I'd suggest re-installing with the full BKM package so that way you are sure to have all the runtime files needed and see if the problem still exists.

How did you export to IE from Compass?
I just installed Compass for research but do not see any method of exporting to IE, only various types of html and text files, and none of the html files work with IE's import function.

The function is already in BKM.
Use the Doublet Check and each duplicate link other than the first is marked to delete, or you can select which to keep.

Unfourtunately I've done all that I can to support international languages. Visual Basic 6 was just not meant to handle the language characters.
