Core dump introduced in 5.4.1

I have a core dump on 5.4.1 which does not occur on 5.4. I am unsure of the exact cause, however I suspect it is something to do with handling of GRE tunnels. My OS is Gentoo Linux, and this happens on both an x86 and amd64 environment.
