Add a Floatable(False) to the pane info for any of the toolbars in the AUI Demo app and the toolbar can still be floated and (yikes!) closed. Adding Movable(False) doesn't fix it either. You may have to drag the toolbar over one of the splitters to see it float (turn into a miniframe).
