I've downloaded and loaded that file, and now dictionary and morphology lookups are both working for me. As far as I can tell, I've got the whole site running without errors. Thanks for responding so quickly!

It looks like the problem is that the hib_lemmas table is empty. The other tables have rows, including the morphology-related tables, but this one table is empty. I think the problem is that its data isn't distributed along with all the other sql input files. Could Perseus add this file on the website? It looks like it is just missing.
In the meantime, I'll try the more complicated...

I've got it installed and running on Mac OS X 10.4. I can access the texts and search on them, but dictionary and morphology lookups return zero results (without showing stack traces in the log). I'm going to continue investigating that, but for now, I wrote up instructions on how I got everything else working here:
