We're already doing this using Songsheet Generator (http://tenbyten.com/software/songsgen/index.php) and VNC.
Songsheet generator has a full screen mode that displays chord sheets. While the main congregational screen runs a proprietory projection system, the band use a network of old laptops that use VNC to view the display of the master laptop that is running songsheet generator.

I notice that your English song pack has been removed in compliance with a request from Integrity Music. While I am sure that IM wish to protect their revenue, this seems to fly in the face of their Mission Statement and Core Values.
