I'm recently improving the italic. The requested ligatures will be part of it and you'll find them in the next release. The ones in the bold fonts, I will have to see, whether I can to them so fast..

When embedding fonts in PDFs, you are usually asked to choose if you want to embed just a subset or the whole font. Subset should be enabled by default. Due to Unicode, font files usually still grow from time to time and it is not the idea of unicode to split fonts into peaces... If PDF with subset font embedding is not what you intent to do, give me more information. By the way, if you choose...

True, Biolinum is alpha-status. The most important characters are there, but as I still do testing to see, how perfect the style is, I don't want to spend much time for seldom ones and risk that I have to redesign them, later.

Well, as you see in the mentioned article, the usual form of the emptyset is the O-variant and seldomly the 0-variant. This is also shown in the Unicode-definitions:

Why don't you use the slashed zero, if you want to have it?
