This appears to happen in the communication between the IDE and the engine. For some reason when the tag gets decoded from string to a byte array the values are not the same.
Needs a trace of the tag stream.

In the EPC specification it defines how to calculate the checksum for a Tag. This Checksum is calculated based on Header + Protocol Control + EPC Data.
We need to calculate this in our engine since we generate Tag data and should mimic this as closely as possible.
