This was with 5.2 unicode.
I have now installed 5.3.1 fresh and it now works ok. Maybe settings corrupted or this issue was fixed between 5.2 and 5.3.1?
Will keep an eye open on this.

Send some files to the second view and drag them back. The first view somehow still remembers the now removed second view.

I must say that to install 5.0.2 I just unzipped it inside my 4.x directory. I have now reproduced this on two systems, upgrading from various previous versions. Both on W2K and XP
To reproduce:
- start np++
- click 'new' again -> you now have two 'new' documents
- right-click the second 'new' document and choose 'go to another view' -> each 'new' document is in its own view
- left-click...

I just went back to 4.x, 5.x has very annoying cosmetic issues!
- going from two views back to one view, the line number column of view 2 sometimes stays visible, effectively obscuring the text of view 1
- selecting a word also highlights all other occurrences, which would not be sooo bad if you could change the colors :(
I'm sure there are more broken things, I just gave up for now.

In a dual-head configuration (2 or more displays attached), the pop-up for auto-completion is always shown on display 1, even if notepad++ is only active on display 2. So the pop-up is always shown on the primary display even if that is not the display where notepad++ is.
Confirmed this with latest release.
