At first thank you for wrapping long metadata lines. After testing it successfully, I realized I need to be able to copy the metadata value from djview and paste it into another application. Please make the the cell content copyable.
Much better would be if user could select arbitrary substring from the cell and copy only a selection to clipboard.
And if I could be highly demanding, some...

Long metadata entry values that do not fit into widget are cropped by Qt. If the entry is long enough, there is no possibility to see it.
I suggest to make the entry value cells to capable of wrapping the text into more lines.
I.e. instead of:
| Key | Very long… |
I'd like to see:
| Key | Very long |
| | value |.

Accually, if you create temporary TIFF file before conversion into PDF, why not to exec tiff2pdf in real? It would make code simpler, smaller and more modular.

I have problem to export into PDF too. The PDF file is probably broken because all PDF viewers I tried (evince/poppler, gv/ghostscript, Adobe Reader) complain about that.
I use djvulibre-3.5.22 with tiff-3.8.2 and djview4-4.5. Because evince says:
Error (497): Unknown operator ',0800'
I think it's famous decimal sign character problem related to current locale.

I can confirm that privoxy-3.0.12 with ipv6 patches and keep-a-live enabled sometimes returns "empty server response". I would say that the only problematic site is . However I can not state which privoxy attributes or versions cause this bug. Because the error appears randomly and only with one site, I thought the error message just describes the truth.

My libpthread library (part of glibc) is compiled without frame pointers and gdb stops backtrace on "previous frame inner to this frame".
I also compiled nsdejavu with headers from xulrunner-1.9.0.10/unstable and nspr-4.7.4 instead of the ones packaged to djview4 and it did not help.

My environment is:
Gentoo (i386; in real i686: -march=athlon-tbird -pipe -fomit-frame-pointer), sys-devel/gcc-4.3.2-r3, x11-libs/qt-4.5.1,www-client/mozilla-firefox-3.0.10, app-text/djview4-4.5 and djvulibre-3.5.22.
I use nsplugin from djvulibre and /usr/bin/djview links to djview4. However the same problem is when I use djvulibre-3.5.21 and nsplugin from djview4-4.5.
