Do a clean install. Mine was on Windows 7 not sure if that matters.
When the Toolbox window pops-up click cancel

It only shows "Suggest a Topic". I searched the page for the word monitoring and its not on the page at all. Maybe the control is only showing up for admins\devs or something like that. I am logged in when I try this.

Is the monitoring of Software Map Categories no longer supported?
"To enable monitoring of a category, find the category you're interested in in the software map and select "Monitoring options" below the project categories list on the right of the page."
There no longer appears to be a Monitoring Options button from within the Software Map.

I have a lot of Tags\Albums and they are no in proper Alphabetical order, tags/albums without numbers seem fine, but those with numbers in the beginning are all over the place seemingly in no order.

When an upload fails you have to restart the Gallery Manager, re-queue all your files, re-add all the descriptions.... ugh... Drives me crazy.
It should allow you hit Upload as many times as you want an just display the error or point you to the log files.
