  • Feature idea: clipboard stack

How about an option to make pasting from JumpCut a "pop" operation, so that one could e.g. copy five things from one place and then paste them in succession (LIFO order) in another? This could be controlled by a modifier key, or an alternate invocation key, or a preference setting.

  • jumpcut.sf.net should link here

There's currently no link from jumpcut.sf.net to sourceforge.net/projects/ jumpcut. Seems like there should be!

  • Blank dialog on first launch of 0.60

I just upgraded from .5x and on first launch of 0.60 I got a blank dialog with a "Yes" button. Being an agreeable sort, I clicked it, but some people might want a little more info there. OS X 10.4.7, PPC.

  • Feature: drag and drop

Saskatoon now supports two new drag-and-drop behaviors: drag text to the document list to create an untitled document with that text; drag a URL from Safari to the document list to create an untitled document containing the HTML source of that page.

  • New screen grabs

We've posted a few screen grabs that show some of the new features, including the shell drawer and text transforms, as well as some of the subtler interface changes. Note the complete absence of brushed metal!

  • Feature: Shell Drawer

Thanks to the fabulous developers of iTerm, a GPL terminal program for OS X, we're having an easy time adding our "Shell Drawer" feature. Look for a screenshot in the next few days.

  • SASK and you shall receive

We just got confirmation from Apple that the creator code "SASK" has been allocated to Saskatoon. One more miniscule step toward legitimacy...

  • Thanks for the email

We're getting lots of good email from interesting Mac people who have code, skills, interface mockups, and ideas to contribute. Thanks! It's great to see all this interest.
