It would be very nice to see some combined text box/slider controls replacing the numeric text boxes that presently have a minimum and maximum value in the properties box of the Kangas Sound Editor. For example:
Track: left and right channel delay
Sequence box: Start volume and start pitch
Repetition box: No of reps, Rel pitch numerator/denominator, pitch ext, volume ext

...but what is the search icon? it looks greyed out like it isn't going to work.i'd not haveguessed this easily...maybe use a more standard search icon?.

Have a better default track duration. This is currently 0 seconds. Better would be 10 seconds. Better still would be to make the default track duration configurable, but defaulting to 10 seconds.

As the Edit View is the view you need to get started, it makes sense for this to be the topmost node of a track.

I am looking at using the user.dir java system property as a basis of setting the default.
Workaround is simply to override the default directories in the 'Configure other parameters' dialog.
