I run the IT for a small non-profit, we're interested in using CRM to coordinate a variety of marketing efforts among members of several teams, and also, for tracking of services we provide our own clients. OhioEdge looks like a great solution, but it seems to stand by itself.

Are additional software required? MySQL sells JDBC connectors, would I need to purchase those in order to use MySQL?
