Call me picky, but this doesn't follow the principle of least surprise. Perhaps it is working as designed (i.e. from a code point of view, the parallel view tab is not considered a tab), but from the user point of view it is confusing. If i click on View->Link tabs, and all my tabs are not linked, that is a bug. At the very least the nomenclature needs updating to say something like "Link...
