I would like to know please, is it possible to install any form of MiTeX Tools in a /bin directory when you do not have administrator priveledges?.

Using Kile on KD4 under WinXp, great so far!
(Kile Version 2.0.80
Using KDE 4.1.96 (KDE 4.1.96 (KDE 4.2 RC1))
Are there a repository for the html help for Kile and Latex as the help menu turns up blannk directories in Windows, and there does not appear to be a seperate update in Win32 KDE for documentatiuoni for Kile.
