gqview 2.0.1
Gqview does not take paper from LC_PAPER locale, but instead defaults to US Letter. In countries not using US Letter (all but 4 countries in the world) this often results in failed printing. We need to set the paper size manually to A4 each time in gqview.

The folder icons of the directory list in gqview aren't the ones used by GNOME. The violet colored icons (see attachment) don't fit nice together with other applications like Nautilus.
