Super, that was the solution. 3.9.2 run :)
JBoss was corrupt. Property now still another small problem. The start / stop Script does not work any longer.
[root@ca-server bin]# ./jboss_init_redhat.sh start
JBOSS_CMD_START = cd /opt/ejbca/jboss/bin; /opt/ejbca/jboss/bin/run.sh -c default
With hand in the Console it works
cd /opt/ejbca/jboss/bin
/opt/ejbca/jboss/bin/run.sh...

I accomplished different test.
Definitely "ant deploy" does not work. This changes somewhat on jboss.
So far i do not have yet understood which am wrong.
If i only "ant" make and ejbca.ear after jboss copy work it.

Hi Johan,
Jboss is the same. All old *.conf from previous version to 3.9.2 copies.
The file ejbca-ds.xml exists after deploy with correct contents.
No errors only warnings:
[copy] Warning: Could not find file /opt/ejbca/ejbca/tmp/preprocessed/deploy/sun/sun-cmp-mappings-mysql.xml to copy.

Hi List,
after "ant deploy" and start from jboss, i get the following error message.
Error: can't find data source: java:/EjbcaDS; - nested throwable: (javax.naming.NameNotFoundException: EjbcaDS not bound)
Possibly an idea?
