Did you try to set the source as the network folder and destination as the local folder? or Did you try to unplug usb device while ffs copying or shutdown remote computer during comparison or copying?.

I attached a file as Old.ffs_batch We run this batch from windows task scheduler. You can reproduce the problem with that by changing the source/destionation folders per your requirements.
