It appears that this might be a bug in mysql.
As mysqldump ( 5.0.24a Windows ) seems to do the same thing.

I have tried this on phpmyadmin 2.7 -> 2.9.0-rc1 on
windows xp.
Happens when exporting a database as SQL.
The correct table name is `clientContacts`
but when trying to create the table, the name changes to
`clientcontacts`. Create seems to be the only place
this is happening in the generated SQL.
