I precise that I use OpenOffice plugin.
This problem actually appears only with openoffice. I tried an html export and the names are displayed properly with a &. But when citing in OOo with the plugin, a \& is written.
I assume this automatic replacement is useful for Latex, but maybe there is an option to disable it. This way I could disable it now that I am using OOo, and I will...

I have a problem which might be very simple but I didn't find the right option.
Every time I open Jabref, some fields are messed up and I have to correct them manually (well, with a good CTRL+H in a text editor) each time !
It appears with the character &, which is automatically replaced by \&. I just want to keep it alone, I have no idea why it adds this meaningless backslash.
