I build example and replace junitee.jar with junite2.jar and add jnit4.4.jar. In the test result page
disappeared icons. URL mapping is /TestServlet/*. Run under debug I see what the image was readed from the resource and was written into the output stream.
With junitee.jar the example work fine.
