So people can excuse me for not giving this project the attention I could, check out the basic GUI client that can query both sqlite3 and Postgres SQL databases.
Both source and a binary package for Pocket PC 2003 are available.

This is old news for those who have been following the SQLite state of affairs, but I thought I should note it here, so people will use it instead of the code here.
I will try to help with any problems with that code, but people should use the SQLite mailing list to post problems (so more people can help).
So, get the pre-compiled C source at http://www.sqlite.org./download.html and use it.
