I first reported it from home, where I was using Vista and FireFox. At work, I made the screen shot from an XP machine using FF. When using IE (tested on XP), it renders properly. So, FireFox (on XP or Vista) doesn't render properly. IE6 on XP does (have not tested IE7 on Vista)

My error is slightly different from the one you posted. I've attached an image.
In case it makes a difference: I have 5 categories with id's of 4,5,6,7,8. Currently, I only have 5 and 6 visible.

I had already switched USD to be the default and when I attempt to delete the Euro, I get:
"Hack attempt (Currency->iso_code is empty)".

I set up the cheque payment method (spelled "check" in US) and ordered 3 of an item that only has 1 qty remaining, at the end of the order process, it only says:
{my server path}/config/../mails/en/productoutofstock.txt
But it does correctly send the message.

I deleted all carriers and created my own called "Hand Delivered". I went to set the Zones to include the US, but when I saved it errored stating:
1 error
1. an error occurred while updating object carrier
Without being able to associate the zone with the carrier causes order.php to have the following error:

I went into the Editor's HTML source and added YouTube player code, when I saved it, it was removed.
It would be great to either allow the codes to stay or to have a module that allows you put in a YouTube URL and have it display the player.
(Great product by the way. I keep posting wishes & bugs but I wanted to let you guys know that this is a very nice product. Thanks!)

I only am accepting USD, if I try to remove Euro from the list it has an error about a hack attempt. I would like to be able to only accept USD and not have a drop down appear.

While it makes sense for downloads to require a filename, I'm using it to sell services which do not have any file to associate, but it errors stating that it was a hack attempt to save without the filename filled in.
