wxFfmpegMediaDecoder is a part of wxSVG. Possibly it can't find "wxSVG/mediadec_ffmpeg.h".

DVDStyler stores encoded files in cache until you close DVDStyler. But if you add or remove some files from project then DVDStyler need to reencode video files with other bitrate so that they will fit on DVD.

Try to set "Frame count of menu" to 36 or 100 in Configuration/Settings/Core.
