Sorry, I don't know why mplex fails. Possibly the bitrate is too high. Try to set bitrate to lower than 8MB/s (in DVD/Properties).

**Project file portability**
Put on todo list. As workaround you can save project file in the same directory as movies (or movies must be in subdirectories) - so only relative paths to the files will be stored.

I checked the sources of growisofs and find out that this error occurs, when growisofs attempting to lock the drive for writing and cannot get exclusive access to the drive. So the reason can be that other programs (such as Nero InCD) currently use the drive. Possibly you use "call menu 2;" as post command, but this is not allowed (the list of possible post command is fixed in 1.8.0 beta 3).
You can either enable jumppad in dvd/properties (but it isn't recommended for complex DVD) or use vmMenu instead of regular menu and post command "call vmgm menu 2;" instead of "call menu 2;".

Hi Cassy,
It's possibly problem of FLV Player. I tested with xine, VLC player and standalone DVD player and "play all" button works fine.
To return to other menu than root menu, you need to use vmMenus instead of regular menus and set title post command to "call vmgm menu 1;" in titles that will be started from first menu, "call vmgm menu 2;" in titles that will be started from second menu...
