I guess you mean Michael (and maybe Jonathan) who were involved in the large file support patch.
Anyway, I have no objection as long as the patch is clean and the resulting code base is not hard to maintain .

Hi Marco,
I did some extensive search in the repository history and some other places, but I could not found such a feature ever existing in pupnp (1.4.1 or other versions).
My best guess, is that the version you have (tagged as 1.4.1) is modified by someone else (not in this project). Where did you get that version from? Do you have the sources?
What do the authors of that software...

I've tested it a long time ago (1.4.1 or something). I'll try to retest against trunk and commit over the weekend.
