I have DirectVobSub 2.23 and in the properties there is a Paths tab where you can specify folders. Unfortunately the three default entries are fixed and can't even be removed via the registry. It just puts them back.
I don't know if these are any different but there are newer releases of DirectVobSub 2.39 at Guliverkli2 here...

Please ignore the ass behind the CyKo, Marnie. I'm sure your setup is much more advanced than they can even comprehend. The config you've already come up with shows you definitely know what you're trying to do. ;-)
The fact that PC1's monitors aren't a square is definitely going to make things difficult. Unfortunately, I have no way to test what I'm about to suggest, but give this a shot...
