Let me begin by saying that ItunesAgent is an very useful bit of software - thanks for making it free!
While I was using it, I came across this bug - I would get a mysterious 'Unexpected Error, Please check your device is connected' when synchronizing. Everything was fine, and my device could be accessed perfectly in windows explorer.
