Thanks for your compliments, I appreciate it!
So TLA was working in earlier releases, do you know if it's still working? That is, if you try an older version, does it work? I'm trying to figure out if it's something I changed or something that changed on your network.
Also, check the FAQ listed here: http://lazyadmin.sourceforge.net/?page_id=7
Make sure the remote registry is running and...

Hello, there's a project here called budget ( http://sourceforge.net/projects/budget/ ) that has no packages available. When clicking on the homepage it redirects to a paid financial software solution. Thank you.

Hi FOTC, the reason you can't find where to put in the information is because there's no where to do it - it's not been coded yet.
I really should put a simple warning in there instead. I actually forgot that the feature hadn't been written yet, but I'll be sure to add it in the next release.
Thanks,
Nick.

Sorry, I just realized I didn't answer your questions.
No, I didn't know you could use the windows API to do the file dialog box. I'll have to look at that. I have a "vanilla" install of windows XP, if it works on there then I know it's good. I didn't test .5 on there and missed the OCX requirement.
I'm not familiar with list views. It's been a long time since I took vb. As I...

Hi Mike, thanks for the kind words!
If you'd like I can add you as a developer to this project. Or, if you want to email me the changes I can put them in the next release. My email is in the help -> about dialog box. This is my first SF project so I'm not sure how adding you as a developer works, but we can try that.
Whatever works for you.
Thanks again,
Nick.

Hi KDFadam. I've figured this out. You need to enter the following on the remote machine:
netsh firewall set service remoteadmin enable
That will allow you to connect remotely and make an exception in the windows firewall. I'm not sure about other firewalls.
I've testing this on tla 0.4 and 0.5.1
I've added this to the FAQ.
Happy TLA'ing:)
