Hi,
the Aria2 0.11.3-1 win32 binary package is broken on windows 2000 SP4.
Error message is : "The procedure entry point freeaddrinfo could not be located in the dynamic link library WS2_32.DLL"
WS2_32.DLL version is : 5.0.2195.6601
This package works correctly on WinXP.
