and add global hotkey support for Linux

Still doesn't work for me :(
Is there something special for 64 bit platform ?
It shows exception if conflicts with already registered hotkey.
But it just doesn't react otherwise.

There is "a jni library for easy use of global X11 hotkeys on linux from java." It might be helpful.
