This is just a "me too" to confirm user interest.
Webdav is a very nice substitute to FTP :
1. it is easy to deploy in a secure configuration:
- everyone knows and trusts apache+mod_ssl
- you can use the numerous apache auth plugins (mod_ldap, etc)
2. public FTP mirrors are moving to HTTP, so security auditing of FTP daemons is decreasing
- FTP is still widespread in enterprise...

The attached files highlight a few problems importing visio 2003-created SVGs in http://inkscape.modevia.com/win32/Inkscape0708300306.7z (30-Aug-2007 inkscape win32 snapshot) :
1. text elements get out of their container (ethernet elements)
2. the white background of some text blocks is not adjusted to the text blocks themselves.

SM does not recognize ISO/IEC 26300:2006 ODF documents and attaches them as application/octet-stream instead of using the right mime type.

Some sensors are more useful in graph view, others in icon+value view, others in icon-only view.
It'd be great to be able to selsct the view type on a per-sensor basis instead of having a blanket tuneable
(yes I know I could achieve soemething similar by running a gazillon of separate sensor applets. I'm not interested)

Modern systems have far too many sensors to display on the panel, GNOME Sensors Applet should break sensors in three groups :
1. those ignored
2. those displayed on the panel
3. those displayed on the panel and in a general report view (accessible on mouseover or on click)

The k8temp AMD64/Opteron sensor in linux 2.6.19 is not handled by GNOME Sensors Applet 1.7.9, even though it works in lm_sensors 2.10.1. The UI prints "Chip not found" as measurement value
