Currently outputting to stdout is not working when specifying - as the output file name. Attached is a patch which will fix this behavior as long as one does not specify -w also on the command line.
I will look more into trying to make it work while using the MP4 container, but I'm not sure that it is possible using the MP4Create function which is part of libmp4 without some modifications on...

Maybe I'm doing something wrong, but I've got a
playlist full of URL's of individual songs which I'm
streaming from a remote web server, and after each
individual track, I get "Error: lost connection" in the
status line at the bottom of cmus. I then have to
manually proceed to the next track even though continue
is set to true.
Is it the desired behavior not to move to the next...
