Mmhhh, because the debug files are larger than 256 KBytes, I've uploaded them on my personal website. Here is the link (feel free to download the other files if you want):

OK, debug done. I've uploaded the two generated files (one in the debugger format, the other one in text export).
Good luck !

About your previous question: the crash occurs with both database (my "production" database, and the one with only one entry).
I'm going to install the Windows debugger, and keep you informed.

Nicolas.

Hi,
well, sorry for the bad news, but following your instructions the applications still crashes without any debug file. Just the Windows pop-up which I've uploaded to the ticket.
Cheers,
Nicolas.

Hello Rony,
no worries, I'm glad to help, and I use this software every day, which make my life easier (am I a bit lazy ?!).
Anyway, I've followed your instruction. It goes one step further, but not with the expected result. However, I could get some weird messages, which I added to the ticket.
I hope this will help.
Cheers,
Nicolas.

Hi.
Here are the results :
- Does the text you're trying to autotype have any non-English text? No, the passwords and login have only normal characters without any accent (like éèàö). But they can also have special characters (like : / , !? % ...)
- Can you try to autotype with a new test database, using a simple text,
such as username 'abc' and password '123'? Done. The application...

Hi,
sorry, but still no luck with this one. The app' crashes without any message nor debug file.
I've also tried on my office computer, a laptop runing Windows XP Pro SP3 too, and I've exactly the same behaviour (with the original 3.18 version, an error message using CTRL T, and nothing with the binary you provided to me).

Thanks for the binary. I've copied it to the Password safe installation directory and executed it. The behaviour remain the same, but now the app crashed without producing any error message like before trough the Windows Tool. And I can't find any debug files in my "Local Settings" directory.
Where should be the debug file if any is created after the crash ?
Cheers,
Nicolas.

Hi, I've tried with the right-click, and it works well.
But after that, I wanted to try with the "edit" menu, and I couldn't get further becaus the application crashed (only on clicking on the "edit" menu !).
I've attached the debug files.
Regards,
Nicolas.

Hello, seeing that the 3.18 version was released, I decided to install it, thinking that this "bad behaviour" (as described on the initial ticket) could be resolved.
But unfortunately, the same problem occured. But this time I've managed to get the dump file from the Windows Crash Tool.
I've uploaded it. The file seems to be in binary format, I hope you can get some relevant information...
