I want to know why are you stealing from my project "StarSudoku". You just put your name on my program without making any kind of modifications. Why?

Hallo,
I am not sure, but I think the project
playsudoku.sourceforge.net
is in violation of the GNU GENERAL PUBLIC LICENSE at
least in section 2. a) of the GNU GENERAL PUBLIC LICENSE:
"...a) You must cause the modified files to carry
prominent notices
stating that you changed the files and the date of
any change...."
and maybe in other sections too.
