After installation of KeePass 2.03 Alpha, I create a brand new Database.kdbx file, change the title of the Sample entry (or do other similar trivial change) , save it and close KeePass. I reopen KeePass, do File > Open Database.kdbx, enter the password I chose and then get the message:
"Failed to load the specified file!"
"Index was outside the bounds of the array"
