I figured it out, the default language were 128, 129, 130 I used "Any Video Convert" to figure this out. File # 4 mixed up the language it was 129, 130, 128. 129 was French and 128 was English.

I have 5 very good working VOB files and when I open them I have to configure them manually. This is easy, but the only issue now is that the first 3 they converted perfect (your progam is the only 1 that is able to keep the sound matching the video). BUT when I converted the 4th one about 75% through the viewing I noticed the sound changed from English to I believe French.
I use -3 Not OGM/MKV,
