This is actually a problem with NFS. It seems that (Suse) NFS-mounted disks have paths that look like /path/to and also //path/to. The double-leading slash is confusing RandLM.

The "frequency" field is meant to suggest the usage of frequentist statistics. In particular, of you had a coin with say 3 heads and 7 tails, you would have a frequency of 3 and 7. This tells TADM to assign a probabilty of 0.3 and 0.7 to the two events.
