I would like to know how have you solved it, because I am expreincing the same problem. CVS HEAD ffdshow-java and ffdshow revision 12162 as written on the forums and also the newest SDV HEAD ffdshow.

I was originally planning to release final version, but I rather decided to improve. In few days final version 1.0 will be released. JohnIM will work the best with Sony Ericsson phones, until there will be more users that can provide bug feedbacks.
