Could you be more descriptive about what's happening when you re-send a message? Do you have an exception in Tomcat's console? Are you sending exactly the same message again? Are you using the same correlation?

You don't need jdk1.5 for Tomcat 5.0.x. It's only required for Tomcat 5.5.x. Actually you can even run Tomcat 5.5.x using a jdk 1.4 if you also install the according Tomcat patch.

Actually the WSDL validation has been rewritten in Agila so if you install using the installation guide in Agila, you shouldn't get this error anymore.
