Recently I have an issue. A user updated a file and selected another user for reviewing it. After the reviewer cleared the flag, the file remains hidden for all users including the admin user. If I try to add a new document with the same name, I see
----ERROR---- The file you are trying to upload already exists.
Any fixes?

Hello,
After installing and setting up ITMS on RHEL4/Apache2.0/mySQL4.1.22/PHP4.3.9 when I go the initial login page, it is blank. I see the following errors in the ssl_error_log:

B0zz,
Is there a way for an user to selectively enable email notification for certain files or folders and turn off all default email notifications? For example can users uncheck the "Receive Notification" box under their Preferences and check the Monitor box under folder/files for group/users in Set Security Policy page and get selective notifications?

I am running owl with mysql as backend db but use filesystem for data store. If I create additional dbs in mysql and use those for other applications will there be any performance impact on owl given the hardware is well provisioned?

Under Site Prefs, does the user settings also apply to Admin user? Like Force password change, special chars required, passwd expiry etc.

Can the above message be caused be changing default port? Should Owl be configured if default port is other then 3306... if so where?

Actually he can only see the sub-folder name in the upper level folder that he has access to. He cannot access the files in the sub-folder that he was notified about because he does not have permission.

We see the following behavior for Owl email notification: If a user (Owl group) has read/write permission in an upper level folder, he still gets email notice if a file is uploaded in a sub-folder where he has no permissions. Is this normal?

Can you explain a bit on the Owl Site Feature: LOOK AT HD FOR NEWFILES SETTINGS ? Currently I have it disabled. If enabled what is available and is there any relation to automated email notification. Also is it possible just to disable the automated email function only?
