unins000.exe is a common uninstaller executable for Windows programs, and compressing it almost always yields a "corrupt file" warning on attempting to use it. Excluding this from default EXE compressions might be helpful.

I have successfully compressed the EXE and DLL files of a Notepad++ 4.6 install (minus plugins). Smaller downloads are always helpful.
