This patch contains
1. A fix to the function CISO8583Msg::FromISO() which had wrong interpretation of the MTI.
2. A fix to the MAC fields which should have been set to a string of 16 hex digits and not 8. this caused the parser to reject all message creations that contained MAC of the wrong size.

I want to subscribe to sfnet but when I complete the payment form, it says that the request was declined with the following message "We're sorry, but there was a problem processing your credit card. This transaction was declined because the contact information seems to be inconsistent"
is there any other way to subscribe ?
