I did not test the reverse to see if importing an iCal file with an event containing 'TRANSP:TRANSPARENT' was interpreted correctly as an "Event" in Dates instead of a "Meeting".

"Events" (i.e. all-day events) exported from Newton Dates as iCal (.ics) files using IC/VC 2.5.2 do not show up as all-day events in either iCal or Google calendar. Upon investigation, it appears that IC/VC is not setting the 'TRANSP' property to 'TRANSPARENT' in the resulting iCal file.
Including 'TRANSP:TRANSPARENT' indicates that the event should not block off time on the calendar and so...

.iCal files exported by IC/VC (version 2.5.2) often (always?) and sent via Blunt (NIE Nitro & Blunt 0.2.4 and Neo 0.9.4) has an extra blank line (CRLF) at the end of the data which causes import issues with Google Calendar.

Some sites have critical navigational links as images (for example, Simon Bell's Mail V site: http://homepage.mac.com/simonbell/mailv/index.html) and these are not accessible in Courier.
