Not a bug. You need to either run the setup, or you can modify the path for the .glade XML file in the Python script manually.

Stylus Toolbox 0.2.7 was released on October 23, 2006. Plenty of bug fixes, including the preferences dialog getting destroyed upon being closed. Support for 6-color printers was added, but has not been tested, since it doesn't break existing 4-color support.
