Thanks for the detailed bug report and for finding this annoyance!
A quick look at the code confirms that out of order segments will case an issue. I will try to fix this issue as soon as possible and release a fix.

Hi,
This usually works but occasionally there seems to be a bug that is triggered. You could try selecting one more or one less of the parts around the place where it stopped, to see if it would help. If you e.g. downloaded up until and half of part "5", you could try to skip everything all the way until part 6, so that the half finished part 5 doesn't cause any issues.

Hi,
If you just want to download you should hit Action->Start instead of Action->Stream. At this point you can't however use any pre-downloaded rars to stream, streaming is always directly from the network. nzb should automatically create the sub-folders if it has permission to do so, which at times can be difficult in Vista if you're not saving to My Documents, Desktop or something...
