I've had this happen from a fresh new game and also with a save created by gemrb. It happens far more often with the save game though.

I couldn't get either Jaheira or Minsc to leave their cells after having them join the party twice and I've just noticed why. There are 2 copies of each of these characters on the screen and they are positioned almost directly on top of each other which, I'm guessing, is confusing the path finding. It's hard to notice the characters overlaid on top of each other unless you look closely when...

After getting Jaheira's cell key I talked to her and opened her door. Immediately after finishing the conversation with her she joined my party and then started to talk to me again. She used the same dialog options as before and after finishing this conversation she joined my party a second time.
Once I'd finished talking to her I talked to Minsc and he did exactly the same, so now I have...

I've tried to open the container at the location mentioned in the summary but nothing happens, I'm unable to bash it either. It's the container with the bone charm in it.
Shouldn't there be some sort of failure message if it's a failed skill check?.

I've looked in the docs and couldn't see a cheatkey to unlock containers. Personally I think it could be useful for debugging and testing purposes.
